Our Mission   Radnor Tax Services LLC was founded in 1987 in an effort to provide high quality professional personalized tax planning and return preparation for individuals and small businesses at reasonable rates.  Our commitment to provide timely advice and completion of tax returns remains strong.  Carole A. T. Smith is the sole proprietor of Radnor Tax Services.       Our Staff   Carole A. T. Smith, CPA  Carole has been with Radnor Tax Services LLC since 1991 and has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant since 1994.  She is a graduate of Hofstra University with a BA in Accounting.  Carole has been actively involved in community organizations including the board of directors of Resolve Philadelphia and the Whitemarsh Township Employee Pension Committee.  She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.       Claudia M. Gilfoil Claudia has been with Radnor Tax Services LLC since 1993.  She is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BA in Psychology.  She received an MS degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973.  Following six years in education and counseling she chose a new career path in accounting and has worked in the field for 18 years.

David C. Smith, CPA David has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant since 1983.  He is a graduate of Davidson College and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  David lived in Radnor for over thirty years and has recently relocated to Florida.  He worked with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick) for five years prior to his 21 years with Radnor Tax.  He now is working out of Stuart, FL as Cypress Tax Advisors LLC and splits his time between FL and PA.  He has served in various financial capacities for several Radnor community organizations including Radnor High School Scholarship Fund, Surrey Services, Friends of Radnor Library, Radnor Friends Meeting and the Radnor Conservancy.  He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and the National Association of Tax Practitioners
